Mousetrap Vhicles Design and build a mousetrap vehicle which will go as far as possible, powered by a mousetrap and rubberbands. No other energy source may be used. It must be 12" minimum length. It cannot have any metal parts except the parts of the mousetrap. No 2 wheeled in-line vehicles allowed. Final Solution	Poor There is no clear design, no direction, or no specific outcome for the design.	Fair The team has a plan. the direction is vague, the outcome is not clear, The design is not well thought out.	Good The Team has a solid plan. The direction and outcome are clear. The design well thought out.
Prototype	Poor The team has np idea how to build there design. They argue or sharing of ideas 0 to 40% of the time. End up with no vehicle by deadline	Fair Team pulls in different direction no common goal. One team member not as involved as other(s). Sharing of ideas happening 50 rto 70 % of the time. Just complete the vehicle for deadline.	Good Team has clear idea of where they are heading. Everyone strives for the same goal. Ideas are shared 80 to 100% of the time. Finish in time to test the vehicle before geadline.
Testing	Poor Vehicle fails to or only make the minimum distance.	Fair Vehicle performs well enogh to get down the test track.	Good vehicle exceeds the testing requirements ands attepts to set class distance record.
