Cover Letter serves as a sales pitch, has correct address to where it is going, describes how you are the best person for the job, and a gives a description of your education and experience.	Good Resume is missing some information but contains most essential Resume must reflect what position you are applying for. Cover letter is missing one of the elements.	Fair Resume is missing 2 categories of information Resume must reflect what position you are applying for. Cover letter is missing two of the elements.
