drawing	Poor Student did not fill the paper with city buildings and details.	Fair Student filled the paper, but there were gaps between buildings.	Good Student properly filled the paper with buildings and they were overlapping as per instructed.
coloring	Poor Student did not color and/or outline the city	Fair Student colored and outlined, but it was very messy work.	Good Student colored and outlined neatly.
painting	Poor Student did not properly use the watercolor paint	Fair Student painted very messy.	Good Student painted very neatly.
