	A 4 pts	B 3 pts	C 2 pts	D 1 pts
Quantity	A Greater than three posts on three or more seperate dates.	B Student has three posts on two seperate dates.	C Student has less than three posts on two seperate days.	D Student has three posts on one date.
Quality	A Student brings to discussion material learned in class coupled with multiple citations from both readings.	B Student cites material learned in class and at least one quote from both readings.	C Student cites one quote from both readings but fails to bring in evidence from class.	D Student cites one quote from one reading and brings in no evidence from class lecture.
Demonstration	A Student meets word minimum on initial post and demonstrates thoroughness in thought in both responses to others.	B Student Fails to meet word minimum on initial post but demonstrates thoroughness in thought in both responses to others.	C Student fails to meet word minimum on initial post but demonstrates thoroughness in thought in one response to another.	D Student fails to meet word minimum on initial response and demonstrates little thought in the resonses to others.
