The student does not speak clearly, mispronounces words and/or is inaudible to the audience often. Spoken in monotone.

Pauses were not intentionally used. Presentation is choppy or “sing-song.” Delivery is either too quick or too slow. Reads words with no attention to puctuation.

The marker can discern no evidence of an attempt to address the task presented in the assignment or the student has chosen not to complete this task.
