Detail Students will separate into groups of 3 or 4 and work on a member of the group to complete the hair and makeup in a holiday fashion.	Excellent Makeover appears well thought out & researched with great attention to detail including hairstyle & make up.	Satisfactory Makeover appears somewhat thought out & researched with good attention to detail including hairstyle & make up.	Needs Improvement Makeover appears to lack any evidence of being thought out & lacks attention to detail including hairstyle & make up.	Unacceptable Several aspects are missing and a lack of effort
Hairstyle & Make up Students must complete a hairstyle and makeup look for the holiday contest	Excellent Hairstyle & make up done at excellent skill level.	Satisfactory Hairstyle & make up done at average skill level.	Needs Improvement Hairstyle & make up done at below average skill level	Unacceptable Hairstyle & make up done at well below skill level
