Sources Cited at least 3 sources	Excellent All 3 are used and cited throughout the essay at appropriate points.	Good Only 2 sources included and are in the correct format.	Needs Improvement Only one source cited and used and is in the wrong format.	Unacceptable No sources used at all.
Spelling & Grammar	Excellent There are no spelling or grammar mistakes.	Good There are 1-2 errors in grammar or spelling.	Needs Improvement There are 3-4 mistakes in grammar or spelling.	Unacceptable There are numerous mistakes in grammar or spelling.
Essay Style	Excellent Uses Times New Roman in a size 12 Font. Uses Double Spaced lines.	Good Uses Correct Style and Font size but does not double space.	Needs Improvement Only accurately follows one of the 3 required styles.	Unacceptable The information is very difficult to read due to poor layout.
Use of Class Time	Excellent Used time well during each class period. Focused on getting the product done. Never distracted others.	Good Used time well during each class period.
