NUT 110: NUTRITION 1 FOOD DIARY 
TLW complete a diet diary for seven days by documenting all foods and drinks, classifying items into the correct food groups, and determining if dietary goals are being met. The paper should also include physical activity, water intake, folic acid, dietary fiber, vitamin D, calcium, sodium, cholesterol and total fat. Evaluate progess toward goals and set new goals based on progress.
