Theatre Resume Rubric
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Format	Poor Missing some required sections. Does not use a theatrical format. Missing name, address, or other information at top of page.	Fair Is missing a/some required section(s). Does not always use theatrical format. Missing some of address or information.	Good Includes all required sections. Appropriately uses theatrical format. Name and other vital information properly located at top of page.	Excellent Has added relevant sections and the layout is error free.
Mechanics	Poor Frequent, minor errors.	Fair A couple minor errors that do not cloud meaning.	Good Mostly free of mechanical or spelling errors.	Excellent No errors.
Information	Poor Missing some sections of required information.	Fair Includes almost all required information.	Good Includes all required and/or relevant information.	Excellent Has added additional relevant sections. The information is well organized.
Visual Appeal	Poor Many errors are visually evident. No consistency in fonts, styles, and point sizes.	Fair Format is confusing or hard to follow. Lack of consistency in fonts, styles, and sizes makes text difficult to read.	Good Format and layout are functional, but lacks attention to overall appearance	Excellent Very professional. Layout and format are clean, easy to read and follow.
