Spiritual Disciplines Paper 
Each student will write a five-page paper that describes the role of the spiritual disciplines in the Christian life. Choose one of the following disciplines and practice it regularly (one time or more per week) during the semester: - Disciplines of Abstinence: Solitude, Silence, Fasting, Simplicity - Disciplines of Engagement: Worship, Service, Prayer, Confession
