Color Wheel Rubric Color Wheel Rubric Color Wheel -After reading over the color wheel section together and completing the color wheel exercises using the software, students will create a color wheel in their sketchbooks, using their colored pencils. -Then students will write next to the wheel a list of the primary colors and secondary colors, and will also write down what each colors compliment is (complimentary colors). Labeled and Colored Properly 5 pts	Excellent The color wheel is exceptionally drawn and labeled and colored in properly, which means that each color is in the correct space and next to the correct color on the wheel. Color wheel has been divided into equal parts (each color having the same amount of space).	Good The color wheel is well drawn and labeled and colored in properly, which means that each color is in the correct space and next to the correct color on the wheel. Color wheel has been divided into equal parts (each color having the same amount of space).	Average The color wheel is labeled and colored in properly, which means that each color is in the correct space and next to the correct color on the wheel. Color wheel has not been divided into equal parts (each color having the same amount of space).	Fair Color wheel is poorly drawn has one mistake in labeling and or coloring. Colors to mix to make Gray 5 pts equal parts red, yellow, blue	Excellent Colors to make gray have been exceptionally well-organized and labeled properly with correct colors and mentions equal parts of each are needed.
