Notes Tone and Style

The tone of the notes should be popular speech, as though the presenter was have a conversation with the audience.

Notes are comprehensive, written in popular speech format (conversation), and in grammatically correctd full sentences.
Satisfactory

Notes are comprehensive, but either the language is too technical or not written in complete sentences.
Basic

Notes are written in full conversational sentences but lacks depth.
Poor

Notes lack depth, are witten in a language that is too technical, and has not been written in full sentences.
Grammer and Mechanics

Both the slides and the notes should be free of grammatical errors and mispelled words.

Capitalization and punctuation are correct throughout the presentation. There are no grammatical errors.

There is less than 2 grammatical error on the presentation.

There are many grammar or mechanical errors on the presentation.

Graphics and other content are clearly referenced at the foot of slides where such material is used.
