Adaptive equipemnt	Poor Needed reminder to get a piece of equipment, but then knew how to use it correctly.	Fair Needed slight demonstration of correct technique.	Good Utilized proper adaptive equipment for client diagnosis.
Adapted procedures	Poor Needed reminder to know how to do this, but then could figure it out.	Fair Needed slight demonstration of correct technique.	Good Problem solving demonstrated as difficulties arose during cooking events.
Utilized NDT, PNF	Poor Used 70-80% of the time.	Fair Used 90% of the time, but other times did not seem aware of the correct technique.	Good Set the client up using proper techniques from these frames of reference. Used proper guiding, bilateral as needed.
