Your journal can provide an opportunity to make explicit our position on a range of issues of personal significance. Used effectively, relective writing will support us to make a personal sense of a diverse set of experiences-this is particulary important when learning and leading is to be incorporated into every practice. A journal assists witht eh reflective process. Minimum number of entries required=20.
