The proposal looks very professional, is neatly organized in a binder, duo-tang or folder. All elements are well separated and information is easy to find. Cover page is included and meets assignment criteria.

The proposal is reasonably neat but is lacking separation of elements or was handed in with loose papers or just stapled. May appear to have been put together in a rush.
