Use of class time	Excellent Used time well during each class period. Focused on getting the project done and never distracted others.	Good Used time well during each class period. Usually focused on getting the project done.	Average Used some of the time during each class period. There was some focus on getting the project done but occasionally was distracted or distracted others.	Poor Did not use class time to focus on Project OR often distracted others.
Graphics Clarity	Excellent Graphics are used effectively and are related to the total design. Has excellent placement and sizing.	Good Most graphics used are related to the content of the design. Placement could've been better.	Average Most graphics are focused on topic, but could have been used more clear and precise on the graphic.	Poor Graphics fail to convey the meaning of the project and there is a lack of understanding demonstrated by poor sizing or placement.
Creativity / Attractiveness	Excellent The graphics and text used on the design of this project reflect an exceptional degree of student creativity and is attractive in terms of design, layout, neatness, rhythm, etc.	Good The graphics and text used on the project have creativity and attractiveness demonstrating an understanding of design tools but could've been planned better.	Average The graphics and text used by the student are not original, relied to much on ideas taken from other sources or student may not demonstrate clear understanding of layout.	Poor Graphics and text do not demonstrate any original thought or creativity or maybe poorly organized/cluttered.
Craftmanship	Excellent Work has no evident imperfections, Work is neat and clean.	Good Work may have imperfections, but they are not immediately obvious.	Average Work has imperfections that create minor distractions.	Poor Imperfections in the work are noticeable and distracting.
