Healthy Eating/ Measurment Rubric The "Dinner Plate" Guide to Healthy Eating You are to create a three meal menu. Each meal must include the four food groups and a serving portion per food group. The total of all three meals must add up to the minimum serving quota as set in our Food Guide.
