Dated Notes are dated	Poor No dates visible	Fair Some notes are dated	Good All notes are dated
Order Notes are in order from past notes to most recent notes.	Poor Notes are not in order at all.	Fair Some notes are in correct order	Good All notes are in correct order.
Handouts All the required handouts are in the correct topic or placed in a folder.	Poor No handouts present	Fair Some handouts present but not in required place.	Good All handouts present and in required place.
Organization Notebook is organized according to teacher's instructions.	Poor Notebook is not organized.	Fair Notebook has some organization but is missing one or more tab dividers.	Good Notebook as all four tab dividers: -Notes -Handouts -Quizzes/Test -Projects/Literacy
