Trading Cards Students must build X amount of trading cards from list of people given to them by teacher. Rubric Code: X5WA27 By scounts_iii Draft Public Rubric Subject: History Type: Project Grade Levels: 6-8, 9-12

Accuracy	Poor The information is totally inaccurate.	Fair The information provided in the cards has some small inaccuracies, omission or anachronisms.	Good The information provided in the cards is accurated but could use more support or specific details related to subject or time period.	Excellent Information & details in the cards are always accurate and properly reflect information, ideas and themes related to the subject and time period.
Perspective	Poor Viewpoint or ideas reflect current concerns or contributions of whole life and not the current time frame.	Fair Card maintains a reasonably consistent point of view and includes ideas revelant to the role and time period of the person.	Good Card maintains a reasonably consistent point of view and includes ideas revelant to the role and time period of the person. Characters point of view and feelings of the time frame are evident.	Excellent Card maintains a reasonably consistent point of view and includes ideas revelant to the role and time period of the person. Characters point of view is shown clearly for the time period.
Creativity	Poor Very little effort is shown.	Fair Student uses generic form and does not show any of there own creativity.	Good Student uses lots of visuals and color on card helps set it apart from other cards.	Excellent Student uses lots of visuals and color on card helps set it apart from other cards. Student gives the card its own WOW factor, instant eye catcher.
Use of class time	Poor Class time and resources used to do work for other classes and or chat with friends.	Fair Class time used about 50% of the time to research the era and person.	Good Class time used mostly effectively to research the era and create coherent, understandable cards.	Excellent Class time used efficently and appropriately to research the era and create interesting, well written, cards; extra effort above and beyond.
