Performs dance with very few memory mistakes.	Needs Improvement Student is obvious lacking in knowledge of dance. Performs dance with many memory mistakes.	Missing Student doesn't even try. It's obvious they didn't practice and don't know the dance. Does little actual performing.
Technique	Exceeds Expectations Student has perfect technique. Performs dance with perfect alignment.	Meets Expectations Student has minor technique faults. Alignment is slightly off during performance.	Needs Improvement Student displays improper technique practices. Shows little alignment in performance.	Missing Student does not even try technical aspects of dance. No evidence of alignment practices.
Showmanship	Exceeds Expectations Student is enthusiastic in performance. Student is serious but has fun during performance. Does not stop to laugh over a mistake.
