Proficient Topic stated clearly. Research for topic sufficient but lacking in depth. Most questions were answered. Organization needs more clarity.	Partially Proficient Topic not very clear. Organization somewhat unclear. Some questions were answered.	Novice Topic unclear or non-existent. Organization is very unclear. Requirements were not met.
