Argument	Poor Contains no argument, only provided information about the Hurricane.	Fair Arguments were unclear, or were not strong.	Good Great arguments. Clear and well thought out.
Organization	Poor Paper did not come close to the minimum 1 page. Paper was sloppy and not well put together.	Fair Paper met standards but was not as well put together as expected. (some grammatical issues)	Good No grammatical issues, length was met, and was overall a well written paper.
Knowledge	Poor Clearly did not do any research on the topic and was poorly presented.	Fair Had a few facts but not enough, research was done but just enough to get by.	Good Used facts, different sources, and combined them to create a well written paper.
