Enthusiasm	Poor Student made no effor to show enthusiasm.	Fair Very little use of facial expressions or body language. Did not generate much interest in topic being presented.	Good Facial expressions and body language are used to try to generate enthusiasm, but seem somewhat faked.	Outstanding Facial expressions and body language generate a strong interest and enthusiasm about the topic in others.
Preparation	Poor Student does not seem at all prepared to present.	Fair The student is somewhat prepared, but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.	Good Student seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple more rehearsals.	Outstanding Student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.
Speaks Clearly	Poor Mostly mumbling, could not be heard by audience members.	Fair Often mumbles or can not be understood OR mispronounces more than one word.	Good Speaks clearly and distinctly most ( 94-85%) of the time. Mispronounces no more than one word.	Outstanding Speaks clearly and distinctly all (100-95%) the time, and mispronounces no words.
Knowledge	Poor Student is not familiar with the information being presented.	Fair Student has some misunderstanding of the information being presented.	Good Student is mostly familiar with the information being presented but has a little trouble presenting to others.	Outstanding Student is knowledgeable about information being presented and is able to teach others.
