The Aesthetic Experience The purpose of the assessment is to determine the extent to which students are able to discuss various works of art, using the language, historical context, and aesthetic inherent in the particular art form. Composition Subject Matter	Very well-developed response Response is very defined in concept of art subject and personal aesthetic.	Well-developed Response Response relates to a partial understanding of the subject defined in the art work.
