Headline	Poor Headline is present	Fair Headline is present, the dominant text. It contrasts the background -- no effect or serif font is used.	Good Headline is present, readable, dominant, and color is contrasting to background for easy viewing. A serif font is used for the headline. One effect is used to help headline stand out. Headline is in the center of the page and shows a custom color use.
