Student will sprint 4X30 feet, while retrieving 2 wooden blocks.
Students will do push ups to failure. Body must be straight. Arms must be bent to 90 degrees. No rest longer than 3 seconds.
Knees bent, hands by sides. Must move their hands a distance of 10 cm, while lifting their shoulders off the ground. No rest longer than 3 seconds.
