100 Meter Dash
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Starting Blocks	Poor Does not explode out of the blocks. Falls leaving the start.	Fair Sometimes leaves the blocks at a stong pace. Leaves the blocks in a good position.	Good Explodes out of the blocks in a good spinting position well within their lane.
Staying Low	Poor Consistantly swerves sometims leaving their lane. Uncontrolled balance. Eyes are usually down.	Fair Inconsistancies in their running form. Maintaining proper running position only part of the time. Eyes are sometimes up.	Good Maintaining a low powerfull position during the entire 100 meters. Eyes are always up.
Stride	Poor Inconsistant to adjusting their stride.	Fair Maintains stide through the 100 meters.	Good Starts with a shorter stride and quick feet to build to a longer stride.
The Finish	Poor Slows down as the finish line nears. Does not lean into the finish line.	Fair Slows down after crossing finish line. Does not lean into the finish line.	Good Finishes strong by sprinting past the end and leaning into the line.
