Title and Author	Poor Student did not include neither the title or the author of the book that was read.	Good Student included either the title or the author of the book that was read, but not both. The format of the title and author was not followed.	Excellent Student included both the title and the author of the book that was read and the format was followed correctly.
Response	Poor Student did not include a response to the book that was read.	Good Student included a partial response with limited details of the book that was read.	Excellent Student included a detailed response to the book that was read.
Illustration	Poor Student did not include an illustration about the book that was read.	Good Student included a partial illustration that lacked detail and did not give a clear picture about the book that was read.	Excellent Student included a detailed illustration that clearly depicted details about the book that was read.
