Vocal Music I-IV Daily Participation Rubric 
Daily Participation Rubric for Chorus classes. Reflects daily choral attitude, participation, engagement. Cell Phone use is an automatic Unsatisfactory mark. Grade at the end of each Marking Period will be an average of the Daily Participation points. Daily participation is 30% of your grade.

Does not participate appropriately during class; does not listen to the instructor; does not stay on task.
Needs Improvement

(MISSING MUSIC FOLDER is an automatic Needs Improvement mark.) Participates very little during class; rarely follows choir music and directions from the instructor.
Satisfactory

Generally participates during class; follows choir music and usually follows directions from the instructor. Some distractions. Arrives prepared with all materials.
Excellent

Participates willingly and sings during class, with a positive attitude. Listens to directions from the instructor and follows them. Arrives prepared with all materials.
