Fluency	Poor Student was able to ask or respond to questions but with significant hesitation and pauses. Answers were awkward and incomprehensible. Comprehension	Poor The book review is unclear. Names the title and the author but the story is confusing.	Fair The student has difficulties explaining what the book was about though manages to create short sentences in present. Repeats the same vocabulary.	Good Student is able to explain the story with some mistakes but fluency.	Excellent The student is fluent. The story is clear and both vocabulary and grammar are correct.
