Presentation Rubric

Organization	Missing Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Poor Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Fair Student presents information but the sequence is not logical, making it hard for audience to understand.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Content	Missing Content is missing and student did not do research.	Poor Content is weak. Facts are inaccurate. Student should have research in more depth.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information, however message can be heard.	Good Student is at ease with content and has an easy flow within the message. Student somewhat uses pathos, ethos, and/or logos to present the product.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge of the topic and engages the audience with enthusiasm. Student clearly uses pathos, ethos, and/or logos to present the product.
Volume and Clarity	Missing Unable to hear student and information goes missing.	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for viewing audience to hear	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear with little effort.	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms. Student is enthusiastic. All viewing audience can hear without effort.

Presentation	Missing Student is unable to explain content of commercial and doesn't present.	Poor Student is unable to explain commercial.	Fair Student explains commercial but does not make eye contact and is hard to understand.	Good Student explains content and makes eye contact. The audience might want to buy the product.	Excellent Student explains content, makes eye contact and keeps audience attention. The audience would be interested in buying the product.
Music	Missing No music used.	Poor Limited music is used.	Fair Music may not fit the commercial, but it is used.	Good The use of music is appropriate for the commercial and somewhat adds to the appeal of the commercial.	Excellent The music drives the commercial, is exciting, and appeals to the audience.
