Student attempts BUMPING but technique is not yet sufficient, resulting in consistently ineffective performance.

Student performs the BUMPING showing some elements of correct technique, but application is inconsistent and ineffective.

Student applies effective BUMPING skill with some errors in technique.

Student applies effective BUMPING skill with few if any observable errors in technique.

Student argues and /or discourages others from trying to play, negative attitude about game

Student lacks self control at times and/or needs encouragement or reminders from others to participate in a safe, fair and respectful manner.

Helps others on the teams, does not interact with the other team in a negative manner

Student demonstrates fair play and appropriate competitive behavior. (preventing/resolving conflicts, helping others, complimenting/encouraging others)

Student consistently demonstrates inappropriate application of rules, conventions, terminology, and/or scoring. They rely on others to play correctly.

Student demonstrates a general understanding of the game but needs assistance from others to correctly apply rules, conventions, terminologies, and/or scoring.

Student applies major rules, conventions, terminologies, and scoring correctly. They make minor errors and/or seek confirmation from others. They can rotate properly and keep score correctly.

Student applies rules, terminologies, conventions, and scoring without hesitation or observable errors.
