	Needs Improvement (1) 1 pts	Developing (2) 2 pts	Proficient (3) 3 pts
Contributions	Needs Improvement (1) Rarely participates in class discussions. May not participate in activity.	Developing (2) Participates in class activities. Sometimes gives feedback about the activity.	Proficient (3) Always participates in the activity. Consistently gives ideas and poses questions. Gives a lot of effort.
Working with others	Needs Improvement (1) Does not listen to others ideas. May refuse to follow directions given by a peer. Only wants to do things their way.	Developing (2) Follows directions for the activity but may not work correctly to accomplish the goal. May get upset from feedback from another peer.	Proficient (3) Respectfully listens to and shares ideas with peers. Keeps the goal in mind and tries to create a positive environment.
Focusing on Task	Needs Improvement (1) Rarely focuses on the task. May be easily distracted.	Developing (2) Will focus on the task some of the time, but may get distracted and become off task.	Proficient (3) Almost always is focused on the task or activity. Positively helps others focus on the task.
Responds to Conflict	Needs Improvement (1) Does not identify or acknowledge conflict.	Developing (2) Identifies and acknowledges conflict and stays engaged with it.	Proficient (3) Helps to manage/resolve conflict in a way that strengthens overall team cohesiveness and future effectiveness.
