	Excellent 5 pts	Average 3 pts	Needs Work 1 pts
Deadline	Excellent Student turns in the tarjeta de Navidad on time.	Average Student turns in the tarjeta de Navidad, but two days later.	Needs Work Student turns the tarjeta de Navidad, but a week later.
Quality and Creativity	Excellent Format and concept of the tarjeta de Navidad is extremely creative; students has spent time in constructing the card, with materials other than standard paper and pen.	Average Format and concept of the tarjeta de Navidad is average; student has put in some work, but could have done better (standard materials are used-no frills).	Needs Work Format and concept of the tarjeta de Navidad is unoriginal, with no creativity; student has done little to no work (materials demonstrate no effort to be creative).
Use of Spanish (Front Cover)	Excellent Tarjeta de Navidad contain fully developed front cover message. Spanish is well-edited for grammar and spelling. ¡Excelente!
