Fitness Center: Get to Know the Exercise Machines Weight room: Get to Know the Exercise Machines Students will understand the body part each machine can work, by orally(speaking) and manually (demonstrating) to the class. Students will demonstrate safety by following all the rules of the fitness center and how peers will use a particular machine. 	Incomplete 0 pts	Poor 5 pts	Fair 7 pts	Good 10 pts
Content Accuracy	Incomplete	Poor Content is confusing and contains more inaccurate information than accurate. Teacher has to reteach that particular exercise machine.	Fair Most of the content is accurate, but there are a few pieces of information that need to be corrected by the teacher.	Good All of the content throughout the presentation is accurate. Teacher does not need to the correct anything taught.
Step by Step Demonstration	Incomplete	Poor There is no clear plan for the organization or direction of information.	Fair Some information is logically sequenced, however some information is given out of order/sequence	Good Information is organized in a clear, logical way.
Techniques	Incomplete	Poor Techiques are incorrect or not demonstrated correctly. Student is endangering his / her self and or other classmates.	Fair Most of the techniques are demonstrated correctly, however teacher needs to provide some information or demonstrated techniques. Student is endangering his / her self and or other classmates.	Good Techniques are correctly demonstrated correctly. Students are not endangering his / her self or other classmates.
Delivery	Incomplete	Poor Members demonstrated using no eye contact, poor speaking voice during demonstration.	Fair Members spoke clearly, however at time hard to hear or did not attempt to make eye contact.	Good Members spoke clearly and use appropriate speaking voice. Also attempted to maintain eye contact during demonstration.
