Tin Foil Sculpture 2nd Grade. Objective: SWBAT represent people, animals and buildings with sculptural materials. CFS: Scholars will know they have met expectations if their sculpture bears a likeness to a person, building, or animal and is identifiable by a peer. Additionally, the work should have a sculpture and shadow that somewhat closely match, and the shadow must be completely filled in. Craftsmanship	Advanced Scholar colored in their work with the given medium entirely, leaving no unintended spaces of white. Work is exceptionally neat.	Proficient Scholar colored in most of their work with the given medium, leaving some unintended spaces of white. Work is acceptably neat.	Emerging Scholar did not color in most of their work with the given medium, leaving many unintended spaces of white. Work is somewhat messy.	Novice Scholar colored in very little or none of their work with the given medium, leaving mostly unintended spaces of white. Work is exceptionally messy.
Creativity	Advanced Scholar created a work that is entirely original in content, duplicating neither the exemplar nor a peer's work.	Proficient Scholar created a work that is mostly original in content, emulating some elements of the exemplar or a peer's work.	Emerging Scholar created a work that is mostly unoriginal in content, copying either from the exemplar or a peer's work.	Novice Scholar created a work that is completely unoriginal in content, copying the exemplar or a peer's work identically.
Completion	Advanced Scholar finished their work in its entirety, following all given steps and cleaning up their work space.	Proficient Scholar finished their work in most of it's entirety and cleaned up most of their workspace. Alternatively, scholar finished their work in its entirety, but did not clean up their workspace.	Emerging Approximately half of the scholar's work is finished. Work space may or may not have been cleaned.	Novice Most of the scholar's work has been left unfinished. Work space may or may not have been cleaned.
Objective	Advanced Scholar created a work that exclusively contains sculptures of people, buildings, or animals.	Proficient Scholar created a work that mostly contains sculptures that resemble people, buildings, or animals.	Emerging Scholar created a work that mostly contains sculptures that do not resemble people, buildings, or animals.	Novice Scholar created a work that does not contain any sculptures of people, buildings, or animals.
