No evidence of source research.	Good Covers most of the assigned topic. Topics are basically covered. Shows evidence of some source research.	Excellent Covers the assigned topic in detail. Provides evidence from extensive source research.
Graphics	Deficient Uses too much text in the slides. Very little use of photos or other graphics to support the spoken presentation.	Needs Improvement Uses too much text on the slides. Less than half of the slides use photos or other graphics.	Good The presentation is attractive. More than half of the slides use photos or other graphics to support the spoken presentation.	Excellent The presentation is attractive. The use of text is minimal. The slides use excellent photos and other graphics to support the spoken presentation.
Text	Deficient There are many grammar or mechanical errors on the presentation.	Needs Improvement There are less than 4 grammatical errors on the presentation. Organization	Deficient The slides are very disjointed. One can find little o no linkage between slides. The notes do not support what the slide presents and vice versa.	Needs Improvement The slides don't flow well. Ideas are not linked well together. It seems like the presentations jumps around randomly. Sometimes it seems there is little relation between the notes and the slides.	Good Slide flow well with some exceptions. Things seem mostly linked well but there are some slides that seem out of place. The notes are good.	Excellent Slides flow like a good story. Everything seems perfectly linked together to support the main idea of the presentation. The notes convey the message and the slides support that message.
