Cell Phone	Unsatisfactory Student has been asked more than twice to put cell phone away.	Satisfactory Student has been asked no more than twice to put cell phone away. Student had cell phone out but did not need to be asked to put cell phone away.	Distinguished Student has never had cell phone out.
Time on Task	Unsatisfactory Student is off task more than on task.	Satisfactory Student is on task the majority of class time. Student may need to be reminded once or twice to stay on task.	Distinguished Student is on task the entire class time and does not need to be reminded to stay on task.
Effort/Attitude	Unsatisfactory Little or no effort is shown during class. Student argues or complains.	Satisfactory Effort is shown during the class period.	Distinguished Effort and good attitude are shown throughout the entire class time.
