Missing Section Out of the Dust Epilogue Students will write a missing section for Out of the Dust. Reports lose 10 points for each day late. Rubric must be attached, or it will be considered late. Satisfactory Project displays a sufficient understanding of the characters, plot, and theme in the novel. At least two historical facts are referenced.	Fair Project displays a minimal understanding of the characters, plot, and theme in the novel. Only one historical fact is referenced.	Poor Project does not display an understanding of the characters, plot, and theme in the novel. No historical facts are referenced.
Creativity/ Images/Multimedia	Excellent Project has extremely creative and original ideas.	Good Project has several creative and original ideas.	Satisfactory Project has some creative and original ideas.	Fair Project has minimal creativity and original ideas.	Poor Project has little to no creative and original ideas.
Flows with the previous and follow	Excellent The section provides an accurate representation of four-five main characters. It flows smoothly with the previous and following sections. Students pronounce most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Satisfactory Students' voices are clear but slightly too quiet and some audience members cannot hear the presentation. Students' pronounce some words incorrectly.	Fair Students' voices are low. Students' incorrectly pronounce many words. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Poor Students mumble, incorrectly pronounce most words, and speak too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.
