Fair The safety rules presented are missing important facts or are unclear in the way you have chosen to present it.
Creativity	Excellent Cartoon is very creative w/ appropriate pictures. Writing is clearly handwritten and can be read from a distance.	Good Cartoon is well presented using appropriate pictures. Handwriting may be confusing or hard to read and/or must be read close up.	Fair Cartoon is not creative/may be sloppy or hastily done, inaccurate, inappropriate pictures, or handwriting is illegible.
