Right Triangle How Creative Can I be in Writing a Work Problem? RIGHT TRIANGLE TRIGONOMETRY STORY PROBLEM
	Fair 1 pts	Good 2 pts	Excellent 3 pts
Word Problem	Fair Word Problem is not creative and reads like a basic right triangle trigonometry problem from a math textbook.	Good Word problem has some element of creativity, but does not have a complete story line (minimal interesting situation).	Excellent Word problem is very creative and has a story line. Grabs reader's attention, detailed, and well written.
Real World Application	Fair NOT APPLICABLE	Good NOT APPLICABLE	Excellent Logical to the real world.
Solution	Fair Incorrect solution, but some steps are shown.	Good Correct solution, but not all steps are shown.	Excellent Correct solution with all steps and work shown.
Poster	Fair Poster only has one of the following: written word problem or picture / diagram. There are many gaps in the information presented.	Good Poster has both written word problem and picture / diagram. But, picture / diagram is not labeled, poster is not neat nor organized, and drawing is not accurate. Presentation	Fair Not all team members contribute to presentation. Presentation is merely reciting what is written on poster board with little or no explanation of problem or solution.
