SACE Stage 1 Peer Leaders will be assessed by both their peer assessors and teacher throughout the semester for a 50 min lesson each week.

A positive environment is evident with excellent rapport between group members and peer leader.
Peer leader can establish a working environment which reflects the outcome - relaxed, positive with use of praise phrases.

A working relationship is established with good rapport evident between group members and peer leader.
Leader is still working to consistently develop a positive, relaxed environment with open communication.
Improvement required
Leader is struggling to establish positive interactions within the group.
Positive rapport is not developing because of an authoritarian approach.
