My Stress and I My Stress and I Students will create a presentation of their choosing describing a source of personal stress, how it affects them, and ways to deal with that stressor. Students can choose the format (ex: essay, PowerPoint presentation, poster, etc.). As long as all information in the rubric below is included, it is acceptable.
