Listening Skills	NI - Needs Improvement Has trouble following instructions during lessons.	S - Satisfactory Listens at beginning of the lesson but loses focus as the lesson continues.	VG - Very Good Listens to instruction with very minor deviations.	E - Excellent Listens well to all instructions during lessons.
Self-Control	NI - Needs Improvement Does not contain self-control when participating in lessons.	S - Satisfactory Contains self-control with slight deviations during the lessons.	VG - Very Good Maintains self control during lessons with very minimal deviations in self-control.	E - Excellent Maintains self-control during all lessons.
Use of Equipment	NI - Needs Improvement Does not use the equipment properly during lessons.	S - Satisfactory Uses the equipment properly with some poor decisions in its use.	VG - Very Good Uses the equipment usually always in a proper manner.	E - Excellent Uses the equipment at all times in a proper manner.
Respectful Behavior	NI - Needs Improvement Has trouble sharing and being a team player.	S - Satisfactory Has some trouble with sharing and being a team player.	VG - Very Good Shares well and always a team player.	E - Excellent Always shares and shows great respect for others while encouraging a team player environment.
