Good The student has completed the shapes and form assignment, although they did not incorporate all shapes and forms discussed. (geometric and organic shapes; open and closed forms)	Excellent The student has successfully completed the shapes and form assignment and and used all shapes and forms discussed. (geometric and organic shapes; open and closed forms)
Following Directions	Poor The student has not understood the concepts of the discussed shapes and forms. The student did not follow instructions.	Good The student has followed some of the directions, however, there are some evidence of confusion about what to do.	Excellent The student has completed the shapes and form assignment, and it is evident that they used all the discussed concepts in their art.
Enthusiasm/Attitude	Poor The student has not applied him/her self to the task. The student has not displayed a positive attitude towards the task and did not follow the directions.	Good The student has generally worked well, although on occasion the student can be distracted from his/her work. Did not follow directions completely.	Excellent The student has generally displayed a positive attitude and attempted to complete all tasks to the best of his/her ability. Directions were followed very well.
