Student is ON-TASK and practices PRODUCTIVELY. Rarely chats on, off or back-stage.
Does not goof off or laugh at inappropriate times. Sings ALL songs

Student is MOSTLY ON-TASK and practices PRODUCTIVELY. Sometimes chats on, off or back-stage.
Rarely goofs off or laughs at inappropriate times. Sings MOST songs
CAPABLE
Student is MOSTLY OFF-TASK and practices UNPRODUCTIVELY. Needs to be refocused often.
POOR
Student is OFF-TASK and practices UNPRODUCTIVELY. Does not participate in correct scenes and songs.
PREPARATION
EXCEPTIONAL
Student is PREPARED for play practice with script, knows lines and songs; has props and costumes.
Knows and pays attention to cues and is ready for each scene.
STRONG
Student is MOSTLY prepared for play practice with script, knows most lines and songs; has some props and costumes.
Knows most cues and is ready for most scenes.
CAPABLE
Student is normally not prepared for practice; has to be reminded for most scenes; does not have props or costumes
POOR
Student is never prepared for practice and is not on stage at the right time most of the time.
BEHAVIOR
EXCEPTIONAL
Student SHOWS responsibility and respect and does NOT display disruptive behavior during practice. Does not make fun of mistakes. Listens and follows directions always.
STRONG
Student MOSTLY shows responsibility and respect and SOMETIMES displays disruptive behavior during class.
CAPABLE
Student FREQUENTLY displays disruptive behavior such as: chatting while on & off stage, derailing scenes, and distracting classmates.
POOR
Student displays EXCESSIVE disruptive behavior such as: chatting while on & off stage, derailing scenes, and distracting classmates.
