Accuracy of Information	Below Average Three or more factual mistakes are present in the visual display.	Average One or two parts of the information in the visual are incorrect or unclear.	Outstanding All of the state information is accurate.
Written Grammar and Spelling	Below Average Three or more grammatical or spelling mistakes are included in the presentation.	Average One or two written mistakes are included in the presentation.
