Verbs used are used correctly and in appropriate context, but contain some small errors.
Good

Grammar and use of verbs meets or exceeds expectations. Grammar is used appropriately and effectively to convey what the students wish to say. Adequate understanding of the present tense is demonstrated.
Vocabulary

Poor

Not enough vocabulary is used to make the skit effective and understandable. Vocabulary used is also limited to 1-5 vocabulary words.
Fair

Some vocabulary is used. Students demonstrate knowledge of appropriate words in the target language. They have used at least 6-12 new words.
Good

Vocabulary use meets or exceeds expectations. Students understand appropriate use of vocabulary in the target language and have used 12+ new vocabulary words.
Length

Poor

Contains five lines of dialogue or less. Each student does not speak the appropriate amount of time.
Fair

Contains 5-15 lines of dialogue. Most of them are in complete sentences and the students each speak an equal amount of time.
Good

Contains 15+ lines (5 lines per person) and each student has the same amount of lines. Sentences are all complete.
Greeting/Closure

Poor

Students do not have either a greeting or a closure in their presentation.
Fair

Students have a closure and a greeting, but both lack appropriate vocabulary and are not true to the target language.
Good

Students appropriately incorporate a greeting and a closure in the target language into their presentation.
