Creativity	Below Average Students strictly copied the life cycle without using their own imagination. Students did not use much color or go in depth with their drawing or essay.	Average Students demonstrated knowledge. Drawings were clear. Students did the minimum for the assignment.	Above Average Students went above and beyond and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge. Students used elaborate drawings to demonstrate the life cycle.
Essay	Below Average Students did not label the life cycle. Students words are not spaced and no complete sentences are used. No descriptive language is used.	Average Most of the life cycle is labeled. Most sentences are complete and student used some descriptive language.	Above Average Life cycle is labeled. Very few spelling errors. The students uses imagery to describe their life cycle. The student used complete sentences.
