Level of Change	Poor Writer did not make many corrections. Paragraph is very close to original form.	Fair Writer made some changes, but paragraph is not much improved.	Good Writer clearly saw faults in the original paragraph and correct faults according to his/her writing style.
Fluency	Poor Paragraph remains very choppy with short, simple sentences and very few transitions	Fair Paragraph is somewhat improved by combining some sentences and using some transitions; however, more fluency is needed in the paragraph	Good Paragraph is greatly improved in fluency; writer combined sentences appropriately and used appropriate transitions where needed.
Grammar	Poor Writer does not correct grammar errors or creates grammar errors.	Fair Writer fixes most grammar errors, but some errors are still visable.	Good Paragraph is error free (1-2 errors at the most).
